Primitive Design

Vodka's thoughts:

Tonight Abs and I got an IM from a friend to check out a store named Primitive Design by Geyer Schnyder.  First impression of the store: Awesome design.  The entire island is very detailed, but also causes some lag, so make sure you turn graphics down a bit (take in the view first).

Primitive Design has two stores.  Straight ahead from the main landing point is the clothing store. The style is more grunge with the Men's and Women's sections not separated, but mixed together, which I found interesting and different, definitely a plus.  Clothes draped over the  counter in the front, a couch with several items on the coffee table such as cigarettes and Panama red!  Very innovative (grab a joint on your way in).  After eating a bag of Cheetos on the couch we wandered a bit.  I bought a pair of capris called fight club reborn in light grey.  Current favorite pair of pants!  They look GREAT with my Maitreya Gold shoes!  Crossing the street is the accessory and skin/eye shop.  All creations were very detailed (I wanted the crown, but resisted! - anyone wanna buy it for me?...yeah i know, I begged again). There were bracers, belts, and collars as well.  Abs is going to attach photos, and I'll get one of my pants!
The rest of the island has varius stores, but overall take a shot for this store!  Great design, great clothes!

Absinthe's thoughts:

My favorite part about this store is the building. I think its so neat that their is a big crack in the wall in the center that turns into a cave, and when you walk though it, it comes out to a little park area. Their isn't really any reason for this to be here other then the fact that its a cool effect and it shows the designers creativity and talent to make beautiful scenery.

The clothing itself is pretty inventive also. Its got a bit of a punk edge to it and he has lots of different accessories that you can use to customize your outfits. I didn't get any of the accessories yet because I can't decide which one I want, but I did buy a pair of them pants that Voddy got. (I got them in green).

I don't think I'm going to be walking around the store smoking a joint like Voddy recommended, but i'll definitely be back to explore it some more in my spare time and probably be spending some more of my money.

Love
